3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one vag888 account only. This includes accounts registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers or devices by the same individual. Multiple account registration by the same individual is a breach of our terms and may result in:

• Suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Cancellation of all bonuses and promotions associated with those accounts.
• Return of account balance after deducting any winnings obtained using promotional bonus funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, Malaysian phone number, and preferred payment method. False or incomplete information may result in payment verification being delayed or rejected.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure and not sharing it with anyone. vag888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and your VIP tier. Deposits are typically credited to your account within seconds of a successful transaction. In the rare event that a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. vag888 does not accept deposits from credit cards or third-party bank accounts. If a deposit is found to originate from a payment method not in your name, the transaction may be declined and the funds returned to their original source.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

Winnings withdrawals can be made via the same payment methods used for deposits — DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, or GrabPay. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Standard and Silver Members: 30 minutes to 1 hour
• Gold Member: 15–30 minutes
• Platinum, Diamond and Elite Members: 5–15 minutes (full priority)

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name, matching the name on your vag888 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. vag888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 in a single transaction.

If you have a remaining bonus balance that has not yet met the rollover requirement, withdrawing before the rollover is fulfilled will result in the cancellation of the bonus balance only — your original deposit and any valid winnings remain withdrawable in accordance with the applicable terms.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

General rollover requirements are as follows:

• Weekly Cashback: 10x cashback amount rollover
• Special Promotions / VIP: subject to the specific terms stated in the respective offer

Vag888 reserves the right to void bonuses and all associated winnings if a player is found to have abused the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing bets strategically solely to meet rollover requirements without genuine play intent, or engaging in any activity designed to exploit promotions.

7General Game Rules

Vag888 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
